Newly Appointed Educational Leader: Where to Start?

You have been appointed to this role because you hold the right qualifications, or you have been in the team the longest, or you were the right person at the right time…however you attained this sometimes daunting, but ultimately empowering and rewarding leadership position, now is the time to make it count. This webinar will take the new educational leader through the various roles and responsibilities which are integral to the successful implementation of the position, as well as some helpful tips around supporting team engagement, developing confidence in communicating with teams and families, and setting up strategies to support you in achieving your goals.
