An excellent resource for new and aspiring directors, this webinar offers an overview of the key attributes and attitudes required to be an effective, transformative and focused leader. We will explore the difference between 'managing a group of 'people' and 'leading a team of collaborative educators'. We will delve into the key skills and attributes needed for this role, including how to develop a clear vision for quality and how to support your team to achieve their goals, as well as yours. The director role can be overwhelming sometimes, but with a plan of approach in place, it can also be the most rewarding experience. Our aim is for you to leave the webinar with a new vision for your leadership adventure. And clarity around your role and responsibilities, equipping you with practical and actionable strategies for success.
